Bluebonnet and Eucalyptus Flying Geese Apron
Handmade in Massachussetts by Freya McGregor of Bluebonnet and Eucalyptus, these lovely aprons were inspired by the Branta Apron, designed by Samantha Lamb for Making Magazine. Made using the fabric scraps from our Woodsy and Wild bags and paper-pieced to ensure exact corners within the lovely flying geese motif, each apron is a truly unique, one-of-a-kind piece of sustainable textile art.
Each apron features two pockets, one smaller pocket that is a perfect place to stash your phone, artist's tools, or change, and the large pocket is big enough for a ball of yarn for walking and knitting, or larger tools and notions.
Apron body and straps are made with natural, unbleached linen/cotton fabric. Pocket is pieced with a mix of premium quality quilting cottons, and solid and printed linen/cotton canvas. are made with high-quality quilting cotton. Contrast bottom is a sturdy cotton/linen blend. Spot clean or machine wash and dry on a gentle cycle, iron as needed to smooth and restore shape. Some shrinking may occur on first washing.
Listing is for one apron only. Other items pictured for scale and suggested use only. Aprons made in a smoke-free, animal-friendly home. Each piece is one-of-a-kind and can not be exactly recreated.
